I had been doing hot yoga before getting KU. Obviously, this is a no-no now. I want to keep doing yoga, and a couple centers near me offer prenatal yoga classes. Think it's too soon to start going, though? The class descriptions say all stages of pregnancy welcome, but I don't know if it would be weird to show up now and have the room be full of 6-8 month preggos or something...
Aside from feeling out of place, part of me is also afraid to really start doing "pregnant" stuff, you know? It's still so early.
