I had my annual yesterday and while it feels great to have lost the baby weight, my OB said that I'm probably not eating enough to keep up with the breastfeeding demands. LO is 5 months and eats at leas 6 times a day. I just don't feel as hungry as I was when I was pregnant, but I guess I do need to eat more.
any suggestions for new snack ideas? I'm getting tired of the same old granola bar, cheese and crackers, yogurt, piece of fruit.
