EX just planned his first visit the same weekend of my bday and of course we already have plans. He says I'm breeching our agreement if I don't let him see wy bc he only has to give "notice" of his visits.. Isn't the point of giving notice to see if it works with my schedule too? Is he right? What do I do? I can't contact my attorney until tomorrow.
