Recommend your fav thermometer for LO.

We have the Exergen Temporal Artery http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2267477&fromWidget=BRU%3ACategory%3ATop+Sellers one and I'm not sure how I feel about it's acuracy. It's supposed to be super easy to use but I feel like it's really not because times in the past when she's had a high fever it has given me a much lower reading than the rectal thermometer that we have. What ones do you ladies use? Are the ear ones any good?
