Braxton hicks or baby pushing on me?

Is anyone experiencing braxton hicks or remember from last time what they felt like?

I keep having this uncomfortable sensation where my belly goes hard and it feels like the baby is pushing against it. It hurts a touch, but is more just really uncomfortable. At first I thought it was the baby pushing against me, but its starting to happen more frequently and my uterus feels hard in general and then it goes away.
