...that I'm not coming back next year (I teach so our contracts run Sept to June).  It feels SO GOOD, but it makes me want it to be now.

I told my department chair, but not my principal yet.  I figured since we had long made the decision and everyone who really knows me already knows (I didn't tell them...they just know), that it would be a good thing to tell my department chair.  I also have a tough position to fill (they still can't find anyone to sub for me during maternity leave) that it would be helpful for her to know sooner rather than later.

 I won't tell my students or make it true public knowledge until after the baby comes, but I am so excited!!!
