When would you call your OB?

I've been feeling movement since 15 weeks and week 19-23 I've been feeling really consistent strong movement. Since Saturday though movement has significantly decreased. I get a few flutters here and there but really few and far between and pretty light. I have a doppler and the hb is strong but I don't even hear her kicking with the doppler. I don't want to be paranoid because I know at this point it shouldn't be consistent. It's just been a drastic change. How long would you wait to call or would you even? I'm already feeling paranoid just writing this post...:/
