How do you get all your fruits and veggies?

I am having a hard time getting my fruits and veggies in. I want to make sure that Baby Love gets all the nutrition he/she needs and I know that 5 fruits and veggies a day are the way to go to help with that. For breakfast I can barely get down my 2 slices of toast. I always find myself needing some sort of cracker around 10 to kick the queasyness in the butt. Lunch time I don't even want to see a vegetable or fruit. Afternoon snack I finally have a fruit cup and then I have at least one veggie at dinner. So I am at about 2 servings a day, I need to add 3 more! How do you ensure you get your F&V's in? Help!
