Fever around 4 weeks? Symptom or sick?

In my first pregnancy, I had a 3 day-ish illness that consisted of fever, chills, and headache right around 4 weeks pregnant.  Wouldn't you know it that I've had the exact same thing again, almost down to the same hour of the last pregnancy!  Is a slight fever at around 4 weeks a pregnancy symptom?  I am one of those people who is almost never sick, that's why I'm really wondering if it's more than just a strange coincidence.
