Seriously??? (warning:sad)

A four month old was killed this weekend when thrown from a car during a accident. The baby was not restrained in a carseat!  What were these people thinking???!!!!  A 12 year old and two adults were also thrown from the car when it flipped.  The only person not thrown was a 7 year old who was the only one wearing a seatbelt!  I never understand the stupidity of people who don't wear a seatbelt, but to not have your baby in a carseat and your children in belts just baffles me!
