I feel like my belly is trying to break free...

... I literally feel like I am going to explode right now. Ugh! Its such a horrible feeling and its killing my back. It actually feels worse when I am sitting down

Has anyone else felt like your uterus is trying to make a break for it?

I am wondering if it could be braxton hicks as my belly is hard too but I thought they only really happened later in pregnancy
