Ovary Pain?

I've had some cramps in what feels like my left ovary.  I've googled it and it sounds like it's not uncommon for women to feel this during the first trimester.  I don't have any spotting/bleeding, and the pain isn't sharp or very painful, so I woudn't think ectopic.  Anyone else experiencing something like this?
