suggestions?

My back and ribs ache so much by the end of the day, I don't really know what to do. I feel like my body just can't handle her growing so much, my ribs feel like they are going to crack in half with every breath and my back just aches....on a side note I can't take pain meds because the only thing that is on my safe to take meds list is tylenol and it makes me sick....
