I Hate It When...

You wake up in the middle of the night and cannot fall back asleep when you have a full day of work the next day.

 

I wake up sometimes 4 or 5 nights a week and then I cannot get back to bed.   I cannot nap during the day when I am at work so I end up running on 4 or 5 hours of sleep or less and it really is not enough for me. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone found anything helps?
