Question for 2+ moms who BREASTFED

I originally wasn't planning on getting a warmer as I figured no one but me would really need to feed the baby, and if they did they could just plop the milk bag in hot water. Well... I then realized that BM usually comes out of the freezer, not the fridge, so if he gets hungry quick, we'd have to wait a little longer for it to unthaw under water.

So now i'm wondering what warmer is good for breastmilk that I can use at home when J gives the baby a night feeding, or when he goes to the grandma's houses. Is there any warmer that you can plop the bag of milk in, or does it have to always be in a bottle/container first?
