Flu shot reaction, anyone else?

I got my flu shot yesterday in my left arm, today it's super swollen and under my skin feels hard and sore. I called my ob/gyn this morning who said take Tylenol and keep an eye on it. I could barely sleep last night from the pain and don't remember ever having a reaction like this in the past. Anyone else?
