calling all picky eaters

So I've always been a picky eater and at least tried cutting out most of my junk food and adding fruit during this pregnancy.  Well, after a few of my natural childbirth classes, I realized how much more I could be doing.  They want me to add 2 eggs, 80-100g of protein and lots of green leafy veggies daily to my diet.  I think I have the eggs and protein figured out but the veggies (especially green leafies) stump me a bit.  So tonight I'm going to chop up some fresh spinach and hide it in my hamburger helper.  Hope it turns out okay!  Anyone else coming up with creative ways to trick yourself into eating healthier?

 

PS I've been eating french toast to get my eggs in. Mmmm!
