New mom sex

After reading the post below with heads up from mom's who have been there, done that I have a potentially stupid question: Is sex still good after you've had a baby?  I understand that after you stretch out you shrink back up again, but it's hard to imagine those parts being the same after you've squeezed a watermelon through them.
