It seems silly...but do I call the doctor?

I hated writing the title of that post!  I'm pretty common sense, but for the past 10 days (literally since hours after my last o.b appointment), I've had the worst cough.  No stuffed nose, no sore throat, just coughing all day and choking at night from it.  Of course, I keep getting all kinds of a$$vice saying that if I keep coughing like that I'll go into labour...thanks, people.

 

So, a cough for 10 days...what do I do, call and say "I have a cough?".  I feel stupid.
