I work for a cell phone company so I have to follow the regulations to protect customer privacy. I had a college age customer call in today who couldn't verify the security info so I offered to help him figure out his problem without account specifics.... All I asked was "what kind of phone are you having the problem with?" His answer: A cell phone.

Really? Confused
