I have never been able to find snow bibs for DS the past two winters.  Want to know why?  Because I wasn't looking for them at the end of September when it's still 80+ degrees outside.  However, browsing through Target tonight, I found some!  I grabbed those bad boys up and threw them in my cart.   That said, it's pretty much a guarantee it will not snow this winter.
