Is this normal? Sleep related

Jules is a really restless sleeper, she moves all night long.  She moves from one end of the bed to the complete opposite and probably turns around 15 times a night.  Maybe this explains why she wakes up all the time, I don't think she ever fully gets into deep sleep.  Do other kids do this?  Is there any other way to help her to get more restful sleep or at least hope that she grows out of it?
