Baby Barometer?

So LO was extremely active last night before bedtime, and then while we attempted to sleep there was a pretty crazy t-storm.  At some points the thunder was downright explosive! He continued to kick with some ferocity, of course I couldn't tell you if he was reacting to the thunder or to me practically jumping out of bed with each boom.  He's calmer this morning.

Of course the most interesting part was how active he was before the storm started.  Anyone else have a baby barometer?
