Gender Ban Article

Anyone else see this?  The article is a few days old so sorry if it's in an old thread.  Obviously feel free to flame me since its not Friday but I think such a ban would be RIDICULOUS, and find it hard to believe a 30 minute appointment is so unreasonable.
