Not a lot of movement?

I'm 23 weeks with pretty good certainty on my due date.  I have felt a flutter here or there, but I go days not feeling anything.  We bought a cheap stephoscope this weekend to help ease my fears and I can hear her heart.  My doctor's appointment is Friday and I plan to ask also.  Just curious if anything else is not feeling much movement and if anyone has an explanation on why!
