Lower BP?

when I was pregnant with c, my BP was always at least 115-123 or so.  Not pregnant, my BP is generally in the high 90s.  Well, the last few appointments it has been low, last time 100/60.  In addition to this, I have had some spells where I feel like either my blood sugar is suddenly crashing or my bp is dropping.  I will feel faint (even when sitting),  shakey and sometimes a little nauseated.

I just wonder if I should call my OB and at the very least ask if I can come in for the blood work to check for anemia (I became slightly anemic last pregnancy). 

Any thoughts?
