Is this one of those names that is a last-name-turned-first-name? I don't care for a lot of the last names used as first names, but for some reason this one seems different to me. I knew a kid in high school named Gray, and then there's Gray Davis. Those are the only Grays that I have ever really heard of or met, though I know this name is becoming slightly more popular now.
So what do you think? Last name as first name? Too trendy? (FWIW, I don't really like Grayson as much....)
