Moving at 36-38 weeks?

After a year of looking we finally found a house we are interested in making an offer on.  The only thing is, the family that lives there doesn't want to move until Thanksgiving, because they think the school break would be a good time for their daughter to change schools.  So if they get out over the holiday, and we send in painters and move within the next week or two, I'll be somewhere between 36 and 38 weeks when we get moved in.

Is that insane?

I'm concerned that we'll be cutting it a tad close.
