I noticed colostrum for the first time about 8 weeks ago. It was there for 2-3 days then seemed to go away. Last week I started doing some temp. part time nannying for a family with a 14 week old boy. He was super hungry this afternoon waiting for mom to get home and nurse so he was crying really pitfully. Well --- I guess he triggered a let down, because my boobs started tingling and I went to the bathroom to check, and sure enough, colostrum! It's amazing what our bodies do!
