yeah, I overdid it yesterday

My DS had a field trip to Chuck E Cheese. I had to work and then went and got dinner and we went on a family walk. At CEC, DS got a little bug toy with his tickets and managed to drop it on our walk. I told him I would go back for it(didn't think it was far) and that I would catch up. Well, it was far and now I feel like I have been beaten. My whole body aches. I got home last night and fell asleep almost immediately. I could still sleep all day. ugh
