labor buddies and pm's and other junk i dont get

so I found out my labor buddy like two weeks ago, but other than the name, I have no idea how to get a hold of her or even how this whole labor buddy thing is supposed tp work. I see people talking about pm's but i have no idea what that is or how to do it.. so please someone help me or BritanyV if you are computer savvy and can just help me out on how to get in touch with you in some way... that'd be amazing!!
