inefficient pump?

Hi Ladies,

I pump for 15 minutes & get a total of 2-3oz per session.

I really don't get any milk after about the 10 minute mark, but figure if I keep pumping maybe more drops will come out.  After I stop pumping I am able to manual extract milk.  I'm not sure how much I can get because after a few minutes my hand gets tired.

Anyone know of a reason why my pump would not pick up that milk?  I'm just concerned that my breasts are not fully emptying & this will turn into a supply issue.
