Is Natalie really that popular?

DH and I really like the name Natalie for our baby girl that's due in October.  I see that it's around #14 on the SSA list (#18 where I live).  That is actually really surprising to me. I only know 1 baby Natalie here in MI and 1 baby Natalie that lives in Australia.   Just curious what your thoughts were on the popularity of this name and how many babies/toddlers you know named Natalie. 

We were also considering the names Claire and Anna, which I feel are slightly more popular.
