Nickname questions re: Eleanor

Hey everybody!

A while ago I posted about our girl name choices. We're taking our top three (Alice, Grace, and Eleanor) to the hospital. MN will be Susan.

One reason we really like Eleanor is its options for nicknames. We like Ellen, Ellie, and Norah as nicknames for her. Is it weird to call her these names and spell them as such? Or are we supposed to preserve the spelling from her full name?
