help needed for mn spelling

So, in about two weeks we'll find out the gender and we've already picked a boy fn and mn, and we're certain that we like Gabriella as a fn for a girl. We'd like to use a variation of a family member's middle name (Sibel) as LO's mn but we're having difficulty deciding on a spelling. We want it pronounced sih- bell.

Any ideas?
