Middle name for Katerina?

DH and I think we like the name Katerina for a girl, so now I'm thinking about middle names (though we have lots of time). Our last name is Murphy, and I want something that flows. Single-syllable names seem to well, but I was thinking double-syllable names might, too. My limited thinking has brought me:

Katerina Joy

Katerina Rose

What do you think would be a good middle name? (And if you love or hate Katerina, feel free to chime in on that, too
