I'm tired all day and don't take any naps, but at bedtime (which I usually lay down around 11pm) I am wide awake. I feel tired, but I can't sleep. I'll fall asleep off and on, but it's like I can't get comfortable and I'm only 10 weeks!! I had no trouble sleeping at night until maybe last week....any tips that don't involve medication? I don't drink caffeine so it's not keeping me up and I quit drinking anything around 9pm so I'm not up all night peeing.
