Had court on Friday

Well we finally went to court and things kind of went my way.

For the next two months STBXH gets DS Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for 3 hours unsupervised.

Then in November he keeps his three days then gets him for one over night stay, alternating weekends.

 Then in 2012 he gets moved down to two days then gets him two nights alternating weekends 

I was also granted child support, which his wonderful lawyer ringed his neck with. LOL. I agreed to a set amount then his lawyer made the comment about another amount that was more then what I was agreeing too and the judge okay'd the amount his lawyer stated.

 

So now we wait six months and continue with temporary order. If we don't like it we can agree to something else or let the judge decide.

 

And all top of all this I have a one year old. I sadly sat in court singing happy birthday to him.
