What and How Much does your LO eat (solids)?

My LO just turned 6 months, and we feed him 1 stage1 jar of baby food at dinner. Other than that he just gets his bottles (he's only been on formula about 3 weeks). I read a similar post on the 6-9 board, and now I'm curious what you all are feeding your LOs.
