Is it too early?

For me to be feeling kicks almost 2 inches above my belly button?

I've been sitting at the computer for about 15 minutes and every 2-3 minutes i'm getting jabs about 2 inches above my belly button. This is def. the highest i've ever felt anything, and it seems too early, but i'm a FTM so i'm not 100% sure.
