So we had planned to mail off DVDs of the gender to DH's sister, father, and mother before posting on facebook that we found out it's a boy.  His sister had called saying she got it, so we assumed that his parents would have gotten theirs as well.  So I went ahead and posted pictures and an abridged version of the ultrasound on facebook.

We've now gotten angry calls/emails from his father and mother that they found out through facebook.  Turns out his dad was in NYC and didn't get the DVD yet, and his mother checked facebook before she got the DVD.  We really screwed up because now we have both his parents upset at us just a month before our wedding.  It's the worst misunderstanding that could happen at this point, and I'm on the verge of tears about it.
