NBR - What shoes with black cords?

The other day I picked up a pair of black cord pants at a PitP outlet.  Now that the weather is starting to turn here (and since I'm completely sick of my warm weather maternity wardrobe), I'd like to break them out.  But I can't figure out what shoes would complement them.  Somehow I think the flip flops I've been living in the last three months are not going to cut it.
