I am a pretty relaxed pg woman. I drink caffeine in moderation and lift above the 20lb weight limit(not much choice with 2 kids above it). I have had lunch meat during past pgs but I hadn't this time. I don't eat it too often.
This weekend, I decided I HAD to have a ham and cheese sandwich. I caved in today for lunch. So good.
ham and cheese sandwhich, white cheddar cheetos and some yogurt. mmm
