For the 2nd time moms

My friend has offered to give me all of her girl stuff just in case this includes a stroller, car seat ( that also fits in the stroller)  rocking swing, multi level play pen with a  changing table all by Graco and 6 bins of clothes and shoes. AlI for only $150 dollars I just wanted to know 1  if used stuff is a good idea and 2 if Graco is a good brand since this is my first I know absolutely NOTHING! Thanks ladies and if its a boy she said she will just pick it all up out of my storage and sell it to someone else her hubby just wants it out of their garage lol.
