Freaking out a little: low amniotic fluids

This is like deja vu after that sweet bumpie had the same thing happen a few weeks ago.

We went in for our A/S on Thursday and the dr. told me my "amniotic fluids were low but within a normal range". I know I am probably going overboard here, but I am so freaked out. We have to go back in tomorrow for a follow up appt since they couldn't get all the pictures they needed (LO didn't want to show the lower half of his/her body for measurements or gender), so I am planning to ask if things improved or got worse.

Anyone dealt with something similar and have any words of wisdom?
