Bath toy question

Bethany got these squirting bath toys from my mom a month or so ago. I've never been a fan of them (for this reason) but she absolutely LOVES them. I've tried buying her other toys, but they end up getting thrown out of the tub. Despite me giving them a 10% bleach bath like the package recommends they still look/feel gross. And of course they go right to the mouth when she gets in the tub. Does anyone have any suggestions on cleaning them? I'd hate to throw them out but I'm at a point that I might just have to. Right now I try to empty all the water from the inside and place them in one of those storage nets that hooks to the tub.
