I'm desperate!

I am seriously desperate. I've been trying for weeks to get someone to do a little photoshop job for me, but no one is offering. I don't know where else to post, haha. Another member made my It's a girl! picture in my siggy and I'd like another one with an updated ultrasound photo...I just want a little bow posted on her head. Anyone? I would really appreciate it and thanks in advance!
