So I was on the phone with child support services yesterday morning reporting that Ex is a month behind. Well, he over paid by a little bit July, so they flagged my account. I didn't know until I called. The lady on the phone said that was the reason I hadn't received any payments. She said that there were 2 payments sitting there. She then told me she was pushing my case over to accounting so they can push the payments though...

Ok, I know that EX is not expecting these payments to come out of his bank account, but I don't really care. She said it could take about 10 days to show up in my account. Is it mean that I told her to push it through? There is always a chance he doesn't have the money in his account, but it could also just make his bank acct negative if he has some of it..  He deserves it. Would you have done the same thing?
