My hosp and Anthem can suck it

I just learned my hospital and my insurance carrier (Anthem) were in negotiations and cannot reach an agreement, so as of October 1 my OB and hospital will be considered "out of network".  I am devastated.  I lost my job so we cannot afford the out of network price.  I just switched before my BFP to be closer to home and I *LOVE* my OB.  Now I have to look for a new Dr/Hosp, the closest being 45 mins away!  Arg! 

Have any of you had to switch this 'late' in the game?
