Second guessing our name choice

I was set on Parker but now I'm leaning toward Thomas...it's my moms maiden name, might be a nice way to honor her, then John( my dads name) as a MN, could call him TJ. My DHs parents aren't in the picture and my parents do so much for us, we are very close to them.
